Description
Between Two Locusts farm is a farm who in 2012 brought on and currently rotates Scottish Highland beef cattle on rolling NC mountain fields all year round. We use this wonderful breed to forage all different wild crafted plants. We sell all natural grass fed and finished on grass beeves and individual frozen cuts. Our farm also raises chickens for a non gmo and soy free egg. We are a grass fed/never grain/naturally raised family farm raising a premium beef.
