Description
Born the son of a farmer, I was exposed to farm life at a very early age and the hard work that came with being a Farmer’s son. I cannot say that I have always wanted to be a Farmer, but I did enjoy the lifestyle of farm life and everything that came with it. I joined the army at 18 where my life on the Farm had prepared me for the earlier hours and long, hard days as an infantry soldier. Halfway into my career in 1990, I moved my family back to my hometown to live on my family Farm where I was born and raised. After 20 years in the army, I retired and returned to my roots.
At Smith's Farm and Ranch, I put the same commitment in my Farm as I put in serving my country. Here at Smith’s Farm and Ranch, we raise natural and/or organic products which range from green vegetables, eggs, chickens, goats, and cattle. We grow our own hay and other products to better serve us and our community. Everything we produce is the same products we serve our family and friends. We will never offer our customers anything we will not consume ourselves. We eat what we grow!
