We are two young farmers with a small, diversified farm interested primarily in providing quality food to our local community. Though we have lots of animals (pigs, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, honey bees and rabbits) they are in small numbers so we can given them the attention they need. We practice rotational grazing for our grass-fed livestock and use "chicken tractors" so that the laying hens have cage-free access to grass and grubs. We offer a self-service produce stand through the summer growing season and have served several families with CSA produce shares the past couple years. We strive to use organic, sustainable agricultural practices in all of our production efforts. Available year-round is pork by the cut, including several value-added options such as smoked ham, bratwurst and maple-flavored sausage.
