We are a small family farm dedicated to providing quality meat at a quality price. We do not add any hormones, or any anitbiotics (unless absolutely medically neccessary).
We are a NC certified meat handler and able to sell in NC or VA. All of our meat is processed at USDA inspected facility in Pinetown, NC. Our beef is dry aged for 14-21 days. All our meat is then processed and vacummed sealed for long lasting freshness.
We sell our meat by the half, the quarter, or by the individual piece of meat. It is best to call and reserve your meat ahead of time. We can also be followed on Facebook, where weekly product availability is listed. We can be visited at the Gates County Farmers Market or the Smithfield, VA Farmers Market.
