The Vidalia Onion Committee represents nearly 100 registered growers of the original sweet onion--Vidalias! We are here to help the public learn more about our unique crop, which by state and federal law can only be grown in parts of twenty Georgia counties, and to assist them in finding and purchasing both traditionally-grown and organically-grown Vidalia Onions.
