Thistle Honey Company

We are a new small apiary and currently run 11 hives. Our honey is pure, raw, and unfiltered, only strained to retain pollen grains and remove larger particles. We rarely medicate our bees, and never with antibiotics, hormones or harmful chemicals. This honey is 100% local and is made from a diverse mix of wildflowers, which is best for allergies. It has a medium to full bodied flavor with a broad variety of floral notes. All customers are welcome anytime!
