Description

The Market at Ag Heritage Park is an open-air farmers market held each Thursday, 3 to 6 p.m., during the spring and summer growing season (2012 season will be May 24-Aug. 23) at Ag Heritage Park on the Auburn University campus. It's open to the public and everyone-from Auburn University employees and students to local residents and tourists-is welcome. The Market first opened in 2004 and is hosted by the AU College of Agriculture. It is open rain or shine unless severe weather poses a danger to vendors or customers.

Vegetables: sweet corn, cucumber, eggplant, green beans, hot peppers, mushrooms, okra, onions, peas, summer squash, sweet peppers, tomatillos, tomatoes, zucchini, Fruits: blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupes, figs, kiwis, melons, nectarines, peaches, plums, watermelons, Meats/Livestock: beef, chicken, Dairy/Eggs: eggs, goat cheese, Processed: baked goods, bath / body, beeswax, bread, flour, honey, preserves, soap, Herbs: fresh herbs, Flowers: fresh flowers, Grains: corn, oats, wheat, Specialty Items: plants (bedding, etc)
