Description

We grow crops year-round, under unheated tunnels in the winter, using sustainable practices that build our soil and enhance the flavor and nutrition of our crops. Our vegetables are marketed at the Durham Farmers' Market, the Midtown Market in Raleigh, and at Chatham Marketplace in Pittsboro. We also operate a CSA which provides a weekly share of our delicious harvest to members for 45 weeks out of the year. Our vegetable and seed farm is expanding in 2010 to include new research in variety trials, plant breeding, and seed production, with the goal of finding and adapting the best varieties for our area.
