Moon Creek Farm is a working family farm with a goal towards sustainability, providing safe, nutritious food grown by natural means of fertilization & pest management. We believe conventional agriculture is on the brink of collapse in North Carolina, & we have chosen to follow a more biological & sustainable way of farming.
In March, we begin selling lettuce & herb plants followed by cool season produce. By mid-May, our greenhouse heirloom tomatoes, European cucumbers, & sweet peppers are ready , followed by our summer field vegetables. We sell at our farmer's market located off I-40 west of Greensboro.
We encourage you to support your local growers of quality, safe produce. Small family farms are being lost at an alarming rate. Once we lose the resource, we are at the mercy of corporate farms for our food supply.
