Cows are fed on grass until a weight of about 800 lbs. and then finished off with grain. No harmful chemicals are used on the pastures and cows are not given any growth hormones or others shots. Cows are killed in a humane way at local slaughterhouse, aged and processed in shrink-wrap and ready for freezer.
