We are a local urban farm specializing in living, organically grown microgreens. Our Farm We grow our microgreens in a greenhouse on wheels that allows our farm to be mobile. The mobile greenhouse is a box trailer that has been retrofitted with clear sides and a clear roof to let light in. Inside there are shelves on which our flats of microgreens grow in a rich organic soil. We control the temperature in the greenhouse with solar powered fans and shade cloth.
