Blue Sky Farm is located near Lincolnton, NC in the Piedmont, convenient to Charlotte,
Hickory and Gastonia. Because we wanted to provide healthy food for the four generations of our family who live on the farm, we decided to raise grass fed and finished beef. Our cows thrive on our diverse pastures and do not receive grain, hormones or preventative antibiotics. Our herd of heritage Belted Galloways produce lean and flavorful beef. Belties originated in the rugged seacoast area of Scotland. The Beltie is known for its fine textured meat, Its hardiness and foraging ability. We offer retail meat cuts as well as a limited quantity of cattle for bulk purchase. Our beef is processed at a USDA facility, flash frozen and vacuum sealed. Retail cuts may be picked up at the farm by appointment. Delivery is available for bulk purchases.
