Winter Crops
arugula, collards, kale, mushrooms, firewood,
We sell our produce at the Carrboro Farmers' Market and to several local shops and restaurants. We've been producing over seventy different vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers; we also produce farm crafts, hand-knitted clothing, and a Greek vegetarian cookbook. Our name "Eco" symbolizes our affirmative beliefs in Ecology, or the positive relationship between people and our environment; Economy, or the practical management of our resources; and Econopouly, the surname of Cindy's Greek grandfather, who left his farm in 1904 to come to America. We welcome you to share our farm life with us on the Piedmont Farm Tour!
