Captain John S. Pope Farm home of Captain John's Lamb, LLC produces free range grass fed lamb. No hormones, antibiotics or genetically altered materials are used in the production of our lambs. We start with the White Dorper breed of meat only breeding stock and cross breed them to obtain the highest quality of meat available anywhere. Since our lambs are grass fed only they are very low in fat.
