B.M.S. farm specializes in log grown shiitake and oyster organic mushrooms in Black Mountain, NC. We have received an agriculture grant to build a mushroom smokehouse to infuse an aromatic wood smoke into the fruiting mushroom logs. We can be found at the Black Mountain tailgate market every Saturday during season.
