MILLEDGEVILLE MARKETPLACE Farmers Market A Milledgeville Main Street / Downtown Development Authority Project The Milledgeville Marketplace is held every Tuesday from 4-7pm in grassy lot at 222 East Hancock Street in historic Milledgeville. Free parking is provided in the city parking lot and the grassy cut field behind the parking lot (which you can access from Elbert Street). The market attracts an average of over 400 visitors each week. It is here that anywhere from 9 to 24 licensed vendors sell items that are primarily Georgia Made Georgia Grown, including fruits, vegetables, peanuts, plants, bulbs, flowers, honey, baked goods, beverages, beef, seafood, and specific arts and crafts. Come by after work or make a special trip to town to enjoy fresh samples, view the murals painted by GCSU art students, shop, and visit with your friends.
