Not only are we leading the conservation effort for the critically endangered Meishan pig, a Heritage breed 5,000 years in the making. But we are also a Food Hub with our own Farm Store on site that is attached to our Certified USDA Butcher Shop & Charcuterie Shop.
Partnering with other farms and businesses passionate about minimal ingredient, high quality food has created a unique selection of goods in our store. Other Heritage Breed Pigs are often available in the store as well.
Herbal products, organic wild-crafted spice blends, raw krauts made in house and the only place in the country you will find AMBA Certified Meishan Pork Prosciutto made in our barn. Aged 10,000 hours and 400 days minimum, it's as unique as the Meishan itself.
