1/2 Share will yield approximately 120 pounds of beef and the following cuts.This is a standard cut list and can be subject to editing based on customer preference. Subsitutions will be of equal value calculated by the pound based on the weight of 600 pound maximum weight per cow

• Ground Beef (1 lb packages) – 40 lbs
• Ribeye – 4 steaks
• T-bone* – 8
• New York Steaks – 2
• Filet Mignon – 2
• Flank Steak – 2
• Beef Roasts – 6
• Brisket – 1 4lb brisket
• Beef Flat-Iron Steaks – 4 pkgs
• Tenderloin – 4 pkgs
• Stew Meat ( 1 lb packages) – 4 pkgs
• NY Strip Steak* – 8 steaks
• Oxtail – 1 pkg
• Bones, Fat & Organs (optional) – 1 pkg each of beef liver, heart and suet fat

* Interchangeable options, there can not be a full qauntity of both cuts in each order

120 lbsx $12.50 average per pound = $1500 plus butchers fee $90
