S & H Farm is a small-scale sustainable vegetable farm just south of Oxford, North Carolina! We are a Certified Naturally Grown farm that grows everything in high tunnels. S & H Farm grows vegetables and herbs year-round and sells through CSAs, Farmers Markets, and restaurants nearby. We use a growing system that relies on natural fertilizers, cover cropping, crop rotation, composting, companion planting, integrated pest management, and biodiversity instead of relying on synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. We grow from organic seed and start all seedlings on the farm. Most work on the farm such as planting, weeding, prepping beds, fertilizing, and seeding is done by hand and small hand tools.
